The Valuation process is the modus operandi of accomplishing the exercise. For this proposal, it is divided into two (2) broad headings namely, Valuation Report and the Valuation Process, which are further sub-divided into relevant sub-heads
Valuation Report
In matters of valuation of real properties, clear concise and accurate report are produced on each property (or properties) under the following headings and others where necessary; viz:

A valuation Report is characterized by its building towards a point solution, a single figure reflecting all the relevant factors. As experienced Estate Surveyors and Valuers, we shall examine the range of solutions and arrive at an accurate figure of value for properties.
Our exercises are carried out in three (3) basic stages viz:-
- Reconnaissance Survey / Enumeration Stage
- Inspection / Assessment Stage.
We inspect physically, all assets. However, in the instance of prototype design we inspect a unit for adoption.
For uniformity and ease of reference, assets are classified into the following headings:-
Industrial properties - Workshops, warehouse
Petrol filling point
Commercial centers - These shall include all office block and ancillary or support buildings that are neither residential nor industrial.
Residential
Plants and Machinery
Office / Household furniture, fittings and fixtures.
Motor Vehicles
- Preparation and submission of report.
