There are other professional estate surveyors handling property valuation, management (project and facilities) and estate agency respectively. Also other support staff compliment the firm’s operational structure.

He graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly University of Ile- Ife), Osun State. He has since then worked in several professional offices where he has garnered practical experience and exposure in the areas of valuation, property and project management, property development and agency.

A graduate from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State, he has been in active practice since graduation in several firms of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. Until he joined Wakama Thompson Associates, he was a senior Estate Surveyor and Valuer in J. Ajayi Patunola & Co. and Diya Fatimilehin& Co. where he was at various times, in charge of valuation and management departments.
B EMMANUEL EBERE OPARA HND (EST. MGT), ANIVS, RSV
He is a 1998 graduate of Federal Polytechnic Bauchi. He has worked in several Estate Surveying Firms namely, Tony Egboko & Associates, Ayoade Olubowale& Co. and Akin Olawore & Co. before joining Wakama Thompson Associates as an Associate.
